Copenhagen to Slagelse’s compost
facility on regular basis.
With Dirty Roses the composting process can be driven by YOU, carrying your waste to the nearest Urban Garden in the city. Therefore changing the trend to a more sustainable National condition. Dirty Roses aims at Kilometre zero and zero environmental impact.
Dirty Roses raises awareness regarding food and plastic waste, elevating social concerns, hoping to positively affect climate change. Biodegradable plastics is 100% compostable and well intergraded in our composting methods. plus it has zero environmental impact compared to oil-based plastic.
It is no secret oil reserves are downsizing. Fuel fossil is non-renewable energy, due to its limited nature and so its derivates like plastics. Its slow degradation and reintegration to the natural cycle is what makes it dangerious for the environment. A great substitude is biodegradable plastic but current's Kommune system of handling waste goes without their integration.
Scandinavia increase of kg waste / capita in the last 10 years. The actual system has a tax price! We simply burn most of our waste, instead of recycling it. In the long turn, it won’t be the most sustainable solution.
